Faculty Research Productivity

Grants and Contracts. College Faculty are involved in research in 101 countries and over the past five years have been awarded more than $261 million in grants and contracts.

Commercialization

In FY 2007 College and AgriLife Research faculty produced the following commercialization activities: Disclosures: 43; license Agreements: 24; Plant Variety protection filed or issued: 3; U.S. Patents filed or issued: 20; Foreign Patents filed or issued: 4. This productivity produced more than $2 million in royalties.
