The Freshman Leadership Experience develops professionalism, appreciation for diversity, and leadership skills by offering opportunities for service in the college and community.
It is one of 10 officially recognized university Freshman Leadership Organizations (FLO). According to the FLO website, flos.tamu.edu, “A freshman leadership organization provides opportunities for freshmen to meet other freshmen, build lasting relationships with upperclassmen, assume leadership roles within the organization, and plan both internal and external programs and events for members of the Class of 2013.”

Membership in the FLE is by application only and includes a interview. Applications must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 11 to the Dean’s Office in Kleberg 109.
