
Kimberly Kendall is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences and minors in Ecology & Conservation Biology and Psychology. Originally from Salado, Texas, Kimberly was raised to appreciate the outdoors through recreation on public lands and hands-on wildlife experiences. Throughout her academic journey, Kimberly has embraced opportunities to expand her knowledge in life sciences through academic research, internships, and leadership roles. While earning her undergraduate degree, Kimberly served as Vice President for the Society for Conservation Biology, Texas A&M University chapter, where she connected students to leaders in the field of natural resources. Recently, Kimberly worked as a Science Communications Specialist at Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont. There, she developed creative ways of connecting communities with environmental sciences as well as using her academic education to assist in ongoing wildlife research projects. With a collegiate career and post-graduate opportunities focused on sustainable management of natural resources, Kimberly is excited to explore the intersection of public policy, agriculture, and environmental conservation. This fall, she will intern with the National Association of Wheat Growers.
