Resident Handbook (PDF)This is the official resident handbook for residents of Texas A&M University’s Washington, D.C. intern housing operation.
Maintenance/Work Request FormSubmit work or maintenance requests related to the intern apartments at Crystal Plaza. Program staff will use the information you provide to coordinate with TurnKey and the Crystal Plaza staff.
Incident Report FormDo you have an incident – conduct or otherwise – to submit to program staff? Use this form to submit incidents. You can choose to submit reports anonymously.
Travel/Away Notification FormTraveling or away from the apartment for more than 24 hours? Complete this short form to keep the program staff in the know about your travels.
Guest Stay Request FormUse this form to file any/all guest(s) with the program. Permission for guests also must be obtained from the Program Manager (Erin) in advance of the guest’s visit.
Health & Safety Inspection FormThis form is intended to be used by program staff to conduct Health & Safety inspections of the intern apartments each semester.

Health and Wellness Resources

Dial-a-Nurse

Dial-A-Nurse is a Texas A&M Student Health Services program staffed by registered nurses to advise students regarding their non-emergency health concerns after hours or on the weekends. This service is available from 5 p.m. until 8 a.m., Monday – Friday and 24 hours on Saturday/Sunday.
