COALS Wellness Yoga Event
Rec Sports instructors will guide students through chair-based yoga or mat-based yoga to support wellness. Students should dress in comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement (for example, athletic wear).

- What: Rec Sports instructors will guide students through chair-based yoga or mat-based yoga to support wellness.

- Dress: Students should wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement (for example, athletic wear).
College Academic Success Program Requirements
Regents’ Scholarship recipients are required to participate in a College-based Academic Success Program. In the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Regents’ Scholars must complete the following requirements during academic year Fall 2023-Spring 2024.
- Attend the September 26 kickoff and dinner event*;
- Attend an office hour session at least once this year (choose a time here); and
- Attend at least two student success programs during the academic year, Fall 2023 through Spring 2024; Note: This is two during the year and NOT two during each semester.
Upcoming programs are listed at the top of the page, and more will be announced for the Spring semester.
*students unable to attend the September 26 kickoff event must attend an additional student success program for a total of three student success programs during the academic year.
General Regents’ Scholarship Information
Regents’ Scholarship recipients must also meet all University requirements established by Scholarships & Financial Aid, as well as the Routh First-Generation Center in the Office for Student Success.
