Agribusines students learn about the nation’s growing agribusiness sector and its contributions to the agriculture and natural resources industries. Students gain core business knowledge and a stong understanding of the unique institutional and managerial challenges facing agribusiness farms.
Through integration of business management principles with applied technical knowledge, students wil develop practical decision-making skills to address challenges facing agribusiness firms in the production, processing and distribution of food and fiber in Texas, the nation and the world. Students will take select coursework in the Mays Business School.
