Biography
Nicole Pruski ’27 found her love for agriculture growing up on her family’s beef cattle ranch. Her passion for the industry eventually led her to FFA, where she is now serving as the 2023-2024 state vice president for Texas FFA Area VII, representing more than 175,000 FFA members across Texas.
Nicole is involved on campus as a member of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Freshman Experience, COALS FX, and is extremely grateful to be a member of the Dean’s Excellence Scholar inaugural class. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors. In the future, Nicole plans to pursue a career that allows her to advocate for agriculture, specifically farmers and ranchers.
