Biography
Aaron Chaloupka ’28 is a third-generation Aggie who grew up in 4-H and was active as a State Healthy Lifestyles Ambassador and on the soils judging team. He helped charter his school’s new FFA chapter during his senior year. Following in his PaPa’s footsteps in plant genetics and influenced by his mother, a teacher, he has found his passion for working with and growing all types of crops and teaching others.
On campus, Aaron is part of the University Honors program and the Horticulture Club. He is also involved in COALS FX and is active in intramurals. Aaron works for the Texas A&M Foundation as a student worker. He is active in his faith as a member of St. Mary’s, in John 15 and as a Knights of Columbus member. He plans to continue helping others through these organizations.
Aaron is grateful for the support and opportunities provided by the Dean’s Scholarship program to connect with others, develop friendships and pursue his career interests. Upon graduation, he hopes to use growing and harvesting produce to create opportunities for teens and young adults to develop skills and confidence.
