Biography
Jolee Szafran ’28 grew up in an agricultural community. On campus, she is a member of the Texas A&M Honors College Learning Living Community. Off campus, she enjoys enhancing her agricultural knowledge and meeting new friends. Jolee plans to obtain a degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development and then work for an association or organization while continuing research to benefit the agricultural world. She appreciates the Dean’s Excellence Scholarship for making a collegiate education at Texas A&M more accessible and feasible. Jolee is passionate about agriculture and aims to conduct research on issues such as antibiotic resistance, embryonic cloning and accessible farming practices for disabled agriculturists. She enjoys reading, researching and spending time with friends and family.
