AGLS Career Fair Information for Students

Join us for the AGLS Fall 2025 Career Fair on campus *in-person* on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Ford Hall of Champions at Kyle Field. Ensure that you review the employers attending each day, as there may or may not be an overlap.

If you encounter issues accessing HireAggies, email your UIN to [email protected] and ask for access.

Agriculture and Life Sciences Career Fair Group Tours will be offered the day of the event. Group tours will be 30 minutes long and begin every hour between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Our tours are geared towards students who are eager to attend this semester’s Career Fair but are hesitant to attend alone, have never attended before, or would like assistance navigating the event layout. See you then!

Registration for the Fall 2025 AGLS Career Fair will open in May 2025

How to participate:

  1. Go to careercenter.tamu.edu and click LAUNCH HIREAGGIES (blue button)
  2. Fill in your profile information and upload a resume under ‘Documents’
  3. Once in HireAggies, go to ‘Events -> Career Fairs’; find ’AGLS Career Fair – SEMESTER YEAR’
  4. Click on the event to see registered employers for each day and ‘star’ your favorites
  5. Select ‘Attend As A Student’, review your profile info and choose a resume to share. Employers will see any of the following profile information you provide (name, major, degree, grad date, work authorization status) and your resume, if shared.

Dress Code Guidelines for the AGLS Career Fair

Business Casual dress is required to attend the AGLS Career Fair.

Business Casual for Women:

  • Business dress, skirt, pants, or starched jeans (no distressed, worn, or ripped denim)
  • Blouse, collared shirt, or sweater
  • Suit jacket (optional)
  • Moderate heels, professional flats, or solid colored boots
  • No t-shirts, shorts, or tennis shoes will be allowed

Business Casual for Men:

  • Business slacks or starched jeans (no distressed, worn, or ripped denim)
  • Long sleeved collared shirt
  • Sweater, vest, or sports coat (optional)
  • Tie (optional)
  • Dark socks
  • Solid color belt
  • Solid color dress shoes or boots
  • No t-shirts, shorts, or tennis shoes will be allowed
