The AGLS Career Fair will be held on campus *in-person* on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Ford Hall of Champions at Kyle Field.

Texas A&M’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences has 30+ degree programs, 15 departments, and over 8,500 students. Regarded as leaders in dozens of disciplines, the members of our academic family work to feed our world, protect our environment, improve public health, grow the economy and enrich our youth. With over 100 undergraduate and graduate programs, ranging from soil and crop sciences to biochemistry and biophysics, and from forensic science to agricultural leadership, we prepare students to make a global impact.

The AGLS Career Fair allows your company or organization to:

  • Network with students, faculty and fellow professionals

AGLS Career Fair Pricing:

One Day | In-Person
Standard Registration
: $650.00
Non-profit Registration: $350.00

Two Day *if offered* | In-Person
Standard Registration
: $1200.00 ($600 for each day)
Non-profit Registration: $600.00 ($300 for each day)

Registration fee includes: 2.5’ x 6’ skirted booth space (including set-up), refreshments, one parking pass* and lunch for two representatives*.
*We charge $25 for each additional representative; extra parking passes are $15/pass.

Recruiter Registration:

Do not delay in registering, as space is limited. As you are register, follow the prompts within that process to submit payment via a link to the secured university payment portal.
Registration for the Fall 2025 AGLS Career Fair will open in May 2025.
Once you follow the link to register, follow the prompts within HireAggies to securely pay via the secured university payment portal. If we do not receive payment within one week of your organization’s registration, we will email you an invoice. 

  • Standard Registration AND Non-Profit/TAMU Affiliated for AGLS In-Person Career Fair includes:
    • One booth space (including set-up of table, two chairs, internet access, and outlets)
    • Parking Pass for ONE vehicle (given to employers at the end of the Fair)
    • Refreshments and lunch for TWO representatives*
      • *Additional Representatives are $25/each:
        • If you are bringing more than two representatives, you must register each additional representative to help cover the cost of lunch and refreshments. *If you are in need of meal accommodations, email [email protected] with those details.*
  • Refund Policy: The AGLS Career Fair will provide full refunds for registrations canceled until 2 weeks before the event. After that date, half refunds will be provided for canceled registrations. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will result in no refunds.
  • Any questions regarding AGLS Career Fair should be sent to [email protected]
  • Any special arrangements needed for your company must be requested at least *2 weeks in advance* of the date of the Career Fair.
  • All payment needs to be provided at the time of registration. We do not accept late payment.
  • You must register for the event at least two weeks prior to the date of the Career Fair. There will be NO extension to the registration deadline; all information must be provided PRIOR to this date.

    Employer Recruiting + How to reserve interview space on campus:

    • One of the best ways to recruit students at Texas A&M is to post positions on our HireAggies online job opportunity system, powered by Symplicity. It is free and easy to use. It allows you to reach students of all disciplines & degree levels for full-time and intern positions. Click here to register and post a position. 
      • If you are not a current Symplicity or NACELink OneStop user, you will need to register with Symplicity before posting your first position. There is no charge to post positions with Texas A&M University.
    • Employers are also able to coordinate on-campus interview rooms with the Career Center’s Employer Relations team through their HireAggies/Symplicity account.

    • The Career Center advertises the AGLS Career Fair beginning in mid-summer and continues through the day of the event.  If you wish to purchase additional advertising through the student newspaper, contact The Battalion.
