Biography
Elizabeth Kline ’28 comes from a family of Aggies. She grew up in Arlington and graduated as valedictorian of her high school class. She is on the pre-med track at Texas A&M and hopes to attend medical school after earning her degree in nutrition. While on campus, she rushed Pi Beta Phi sorority and began attending Grace Anderson Church. Elizabeth plans to apply to other clubs and organizations to become more involved at Texas A&M.
Over the summer, she worked as a camp counselor and volunteered in the Dominican Republic and at a camp for children with sickle cell disease. In high school, Elizabeth worked with various charities in the Arlington area, started a Christmas toy drive and helped raise over $860,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs in an eight-week period with 19 other girls. Receiving the Dean’s Excellence Scholarship has given her access to a supportive community of driven individuals who inspire her to excel and mentors who are helping her advance her career. She is excited to engage in research at Texas A&M and hopes to study abroad with the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys attending Texas A&M sporting events, hanging out with friends and trying new coffee shops.
