Biography
Carson Kuykendall ’27 is a third-generation Aggie, following in the footsteps of his father and grandpa. Carson has been involved in 4-H since he was in second grade and was also involved in FFA. During high school, Carson and his brother started a community service project known as Jackets Give Back — the yellowjacket was their high school mascot. This community service project started during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and went all the way to his senior year, when he passed it on to his younger sisters.
Carson spent his entire life livestock judging and showing steers and was on the 2022-2023 District 7 4-H council. Over his judging career, he attended the national contest in Denver, Colorado, where his team placed fourth overall. While at Texas A&M, Carson has participated in the Saddle and Sirloin Club and is a member of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Freshman Experience, COALS FX. He currently works for the 12th Man Foundation and distributes tickets to the entire student body at Texas A&M. In his free time, he loves to hunt. He also loves to raise Hereford cattle as well as goats on his family ranch that has been established for more than 100 years.
