Biography
Iveth Romero ’28 is a first-generation Aggie and college student who plans to break generational barriers and become a veterinarian. In high school, Iveth served as her school’s yearbook layout editor and FFA Career Development Events team captain. She also managed her school’s student-run business, Spa4paws. Spa4paws is a fully functioning grooming spa and boarding facility for small animals and exotic species. Iveth also interned over 300 hours at a small animal clinic and became a Certified Veterinary Assistant. She plans to get involved on and off campus while at Texas A&M, making a difference in her life and the agricultural industry. Iveth is grateful for the Dean’s Excellence Scholarship, which has alleviated some of the financial burden of education and allowed her to focus on her studies and personal growth. Her passions and hobbies include medicine, volunteering, fashion, beauty, traveling and walking her dog, Coco.
