Transfer Programs with our Community College Partners
With the cost of higher education on the rise, our college continues to seek partnerships to provide students with affordable and accessible pathways to a college degree and to fulfill our mission as a land-grant institution. To help meet that aim, we are excited to announce new transfer partnerships with Blinn College, South Texas College and Angelina College.
These partnerships provide seamless pathways for transfer students from accredited community colleges into select degree programs within our college. After completing an approved Associate of Science degree at one of these institutions and meeting our admissions requirements, students have the opportunity to enroll in the majors in our college:
- Agricultural Economics
- Agricultural Systems Management
- Bioenvironmental Sciences
- Biological Agricultural Engineering
- Food Science and Technology
- Horticulture
- Plant and Environmental Soil Science
- Poultry Science
We encourage students to review the current transfer course sheets for the major and meet with an academic advisor for more information regarding their major prior to applying for the program they are interested in joining.
